I have been involved in sporting activity all my life, from athletics to rugby, basketball, triathlon and competitive road cycling. This love of sport is the reason I chose to qualify as a massage therapist, a Fitness Walking Instructor, a Tai Chi Qigong Session Leader and to gain qualifications in Personal Development Coaching.
